After a rather short period - considering more than 140 years of history - under the name "ENGIE Axima Germany", the traditional name Noske-Kaeser® is being re-established.
Regardless of the last renaming, our customers always perceived us as “Noske-Kaeser”. The employees are now very proud to bear the name again, which stands for technical competence and reliability - both integral elements of our company's DNA. And the change is also good for the logo, the sans serif font is as modern as the company and green / dark gray are references to energy efficiency and defense applications, while the name itself stands for a long tradition. After the introduction of the brand and the new logo, the company name and the email domain as well as the website will be successively changed at the beginning of 2022.
This change takes place in the context of the spin-off of the ENGIE Group's project and service activities into the newly established EQUANS Group, which is one of the largest providers of technical services with more than EUR 12 billion in sales and over 74,000 employees in 17 countries (more Information at www.equans.com). EQUANS is an umbrella brand under which strong regional brands are being re-established and promoted. As can be seen from the press, the ENGIE Group is currently in exclusive negotiations with the French conglomerate Bouygues, which intends to take over the EQUANS Group and merge it with its own technical services division into a EUR 15 billion company.
