Fans on passenger ships are often used for the ventilation of rooms that are in different fire protection zones. AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser uses efficient external rotor motors as well as EC motors on the corresponding fans to achieve the optimal most energy-efficient operating point at a very high air volume.

For central beverage trace cooling on cruise ships, AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser offers special ice water cooling systems. Here, water with a temperature of approx. 1°C makes for optimal cooling of the beverages - also over long distances - up to the tap connection.

Especially cruise ships require a large amount of provisions for their guests and crew, which has to be stored properly while complying with special hygiene conditions. AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser develops individual provision cooling systems for large and small cruise ships. Be it a cooling system with direct evaporation for smaller systems or a brine chiller for the cooling with coolant systems: AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser always provides the tailored solution for the entire required performance spectrum.

Chilled water unit
Chilled water units
For the use on passenger ships, AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser provides tailored water chillers, optimally designed in view of the cooling performance to be achieved of the respective ventilation systems. The systems are designed with any requested redundancy and work with an automated control system that is connected to the vessel monitoring system. The pump-out unit, required according to the classification, is also included in delivery.

AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser offers a diverse range of fire-extinguishing systems using water as an extinguishing agent. Be it hydrant, sprinkler, low-pressure or high-pressure water mist systems: AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser designs, manufactures and installs individually designed fire-extinguishing systems for the main fire-extinguishing system as well as for enclosures of engines and energy generators.

AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser offers the complete range of CO2 fire-extinguishing systems for the use on passenger ships. In rooms with a high fire load, such as for example engine rooms or paint storage rooms, CO2-based automated fire-extinguishing systems are used. Fixed systems replace the mobile units required by the classification societies.

AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser manufactures custom-tailored switchboards and control systems with which you will be able to gain a quick and comprehensive overview of our different systems on board. All control cabinets are manufactured pursuant to the requirements according to standards and provisions of the international classification societies DNV, GL, LR, BV as well as the VDE testing and certification institute. For the use on naval vessels and submarines, the control cabinets are delivered in a shock-resistant and vibration-proof design.

Control Panels, incl. programmable logic control

The AXIMA & Noske-Kaeser switchboards and control systems can be equipped with an SPC and a touch panel for operation and detailed fault display. A visualization of the respective system as well as the operation and control may also be carried out with one or several remote control panel. An interface to the superordinate control systems of the vessel is provided to control our systems.
