Quality management
Over many years, Noske-Kaeser has introduced a comprehensive quality management system and has continued to develop it applying continuous improvement. We have high standards not only for our own products and services but also for our manufacturing partners and suppliers. In this regard, we place emphasis on international certifications, such as for example welding permits pursuant to DIN 2303 (welding and soldering on defence technology material). Our processes and instructions are based on the recommendations of DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as the provisions of contractually applicable rules and regulations. Through professional training and continuing education in the sense of quality management we guarantee the excellent qualifications of our employees.
Quality assurance
Quality assurance at Noske-Kaeser complies with the principle of total quality management. This means that the complete value-added process is accompanied by corresponding quality-assuring measures. This starts with contract review, continues with order review, incoming goods inspection, production-accompanying inspections, final inspection according to inspection instructions and end with the assembly inspection and the bringing into service of complete systems.”
Testing facility
Axima & Noske-Kaeser has a special testing room in which, besides the final inspection and the factory testing, the following tests can be conducted together with the customer:
- Performance measurements for air conditioning units and ventilators
- Refrigeration performance measurements for water chillers up to a capacity of 500 kW
- Refrigeration performance measurements of provision cooling systems
- Airborne and structure-borne sound level measurements for the above-mentioned devices
- (In order to determine the correction factor, the testing room was measured in view of acoustics by a specialist company)
- Vibration measurement
For the electrical connection of the devices from our product portfolio, the testing room has separate generators and a control panel with which voltages of 0 to 500 V AC/DC and frequencies of 50, 60 and 400 Hz can be approved.
