Following the decision of its Board of Directors, and after a rigorous and competitive process, ENGIE announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Bouygues for the sale of 100% of EQUANS, a global multi-technical services leader.
It will be submitted to the relevant employee representative bodies for consultation and is expected to close in H2 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
The legal companies Axima Concept and Noske-Kaeser and their subsidiaries are fully integrated into EQUANS. For our Marine & Offshore activities, recognized under the Axima Marine & Offshore and Noske-Kaeser brands, this change does not alter anything from an operational point of view.
The services and contracts we have in place with our customers are not modified. Our legal entities and the operation of the Marine & Offshore Department remain unchanged.
