Hamburg, 11.02.2021: We reported on our successful efforts in dealing with COVID-19 in a previous blog. As long as the health and safety of our employees are at risk, they will of course be maintained. In the meantime, in terms of health, we have also set the course for the time after the pandemic.

New concepts, plans and modular solutions arise in the head, but they still have to be brought into the notebook or on paper. In the future, this will only happen at appropriate ergonomic desks.

Gone are the days when one sat with a hunched back on furniture that was much too low. We took the opportunity last year and made comfortable, electrically adjustable desks available to every employee in our offices bit by bit. Whether you are 1.60 m or 1.95 m tall - in the future everyone will have the opportunity to adjust their workplace individually to their own needs. Thanks to the motor, it is even possible to raise the table so that you can work while standing.

The exchange campaign lasted from November until just before Christmas. Really every room was affected; there is no longer a single conventional workplace. Around 120 new tables found their way into our offices and from now on make everyday work easier for everyone. Back problems will then hopefully be a thing of the past after the currently increased home office presence!

Even if you work almost exclusively from home in Corona times, you cannot of course outsource production. It is all the more important that the working conditions there are also right, because our production employees spend a large part of the day at their workplace. So ergonomics found its way here some time ago. Adjustable workbenches or tiltable and user-friendly assembly areas for electrical panels are examples.

Good conditions for everyone!
